Gas leakUpdated 6 months ago

If you notice gas leaking from the machine when operating the lever, there are two key things to check.

First, inspect the gas-block gasket located in the compartment where the CO2 cylinder is screwed in. If the gasket is damaged or dislodged, it can cause gas leaks and lead to reduced or no CO2 being dispensed into the bottle.

If the gasket is damaged or missing, it should be replaced. For detailed instructions, refer to the article Replacing the gas-block gasket.

Additionally, ensure the CO2 cylinder is tightly secured. If it is, try testing the machine with a different cylinder. Even new, full cartridges can occasionally malfunction, so it's important to rule out the cylinder as the cause of the issue.

If these tips don't resolve the issue, your device may need to be replaced. Please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
