How do I place a return if I am based in the EU/UK?

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your Aarke product. Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. If you are based in the European Union, please use the free return label provided in the packaging.

To return your purchase:

1. Please make sure that the product you want to return is in the same condition and packaging as you have received it.

2. Take the return label and the return form out of the shipping box.

3. Pack the product box inside the shipping box the same way it has arrived to you.

4. Fill in the return form and place it inside the box. Make sure to seal the shipping box safely with tape.

5. Stick on the return label on top of existing shipping label and drop off at a service point of the carrier indicated on the return label.

Please note, that we will not be able to refund you for consumable products with a broken seal. We will also not be able to issue a full refund for any products with visible signs of use. Please see our Terms of Withdrawal for more information.


How do I place a return if I am based outside the EU?

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your Aarke product. Please reach out to us with your order number and the products you would like to return, and we’ll take it from there.
