Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible and, from the moment our warehouse starts packing it, a cancelation cannot be done.

Can I change my delivery address?

If the address entered for the order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct one. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it once the order is shipped.
