Bad carbonationUpdated 6 months ago
Not enough bubbles and no excess water in the drip tray
If your carbonation isn't up to par and there is no excess water collection in the drip tray, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:
- Press the button more firmly, using your whole hand.
- Wait for the buzzing sound to indicate proper carbonation.
- Weigh the cylinder to make sure it has enough CO2. Should be above 900 grams.
- Consider trying a new gas cylinder.
- Inspect the gas block gasket—if it's damaged or missing, it will need to be replaced. You can find a replacement guide here.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Not enough bubbles and water in the drip tray
If your carbonation isn't up to par and excess water is collecting in the drip tray, please check the gasket around the carbonator's nozzle. Turn the machine to the side and examine the carbonator's head. There should be a thin white or transparent seal around the nozzle. We’ve attached the photo below for your reference.
If the seal is missing, you can remove one from your glass bottle caps, place it around the nozzle, and test the machine again. If this resolves the issue, please contact our customer service to request a new seal for your bottle.
If the seal is in place or you’re unsure, please reach out to our customer service team and, if possible, provide a photo similar to the one attached to this article.
